PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Giovanni Luca Serino provides legal services for companies, mainly in the field of labour and employment law. He worked for the partnership Riccardino, Ricci, Rosignano and Rossi, before joining the law firm Grande Stevens - Pedersoli (since 2000 Grande Stevens Studio Legale). In this context, he advised leading Italian and foreign clients (in industry, transport and logistics, services, publishing, tourism and hotels, food industry, clothing and manufacturing, cosmetics and pharmaceutical, professional training, and professional sports clubs) on the ordinary management of personnel matters, also with reference to the competition issues related to the human resources area, and on the employment issues relating to extraordinary operations.
From 2003 he worked alongside Marco Rossi in the law firm Tosi e Associati, where he specialised in labour and employment law. In this new capacity, he added an experience of working for major privatised companies from the public sector (telephony, post, railways) to his consolidated experience of private sector clients.
At the same time, he built up significant professional experience in drawing up and preparing organisation and management models in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001 on “Regulations regarding the administrative liability of legal persons, companies and associations, including those without legal personality”.
In 2006, together with Marco Rossi and Alessandra Spagnol, he set up the law firm Marco Rossi e Associati.
He collaborates with companies, associations and training organisations as a lecturer on matters relating to employment law.
