PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Emil Bertocchi has collaborated with Marco Rossi e Associati since September 2006. He works on contentious and non-contentious aspects of labour and employment, civil, commercial and corporate.
He started his professional career in 2002, working at Panigada - Pastorelli - Profeta - Moretti, law firm in Brescia.
Emil Bertocchi earned a Ph.D. in labour law and industrial relations. As well as practising privately, he collaborates as a researcher and publicist with various journals specialising in labour and employment law. He is also a speaker at conferences and university seminars, teaches courses on human resource management, and provides training courses for professionals and trade associations.
He is an honorary fellow at the University of Brescia for the main aspects of labour law (employment law, labour/trade union law, European Union and international labour law, etc.), where he has provided teaching and research assistance since academic year 2000/2001.
